Shamokin Stories is created by GoShamokin. The app uses your device location while the app is open to show nearby landmarks, calculate distance, and award tour stamps. Location information is processed on your device and is not sent to GoShamokin.
The app may request camera access when you choose to take an achievement selfie. Selfies remain on your device unless you choose to share them through another app. GoShamokin does not receive or store those photos.
Collected stamps are stored locally on your device. The app does not require an account and does not sell personal information.
The app opens third-party services, including Apple Maps, Google Maps, GoShamokin, and historical source websites. Those services have their own privacy practices.
